boyfriend got hurt at work, work docs dragging out 3 months meanwhile hes fallen 2 more times. He needs knee surgery I said hell with it made appt with my knee doc. work comp won[t pay for it, hes having to use all his personal time for doc appts, can we make them pay what are our rights hes going to get really hurt at work alredy has a big cut on face from last fall

For God's sake, talk to a worker's compensation lawyer. That is of course if your govenor didn't elimnate worker's comp.
