That depends upon why you are doing anything to protect your assets.  If you are seeking to hide them from existing creditors or claimants who have filed suit, you may not be able to do anything.  If you are trying to establish a method of passing assets to the next generation while minimizing taxes, there are a number of things that you can do.  What is your purpose in asking the question?
