What are Texas laws about returning a motor vehicle?

I recently signed for a new car but returned it in less than 24 hours due to mechanical issues. The dealership will not provide me with a cancellation form. I do not have the vehicle in my possession and the bank has not funded the transaction. They are giving me the run around and do not want to provide me with written notice of the vehicle being there.
