QUESTION

What are the laws on VIP nightclub booth security?

Asked on Sep 26th, 2014 on Litigation - Nevada
More details to this question:
I rented a VIP booth in a nightclub in Las Vegas. I received bottle service and the whole nine the club only has two booths so I rented them both. I received no security in my section and was assaulted with a bottle by a patron. I received 26 stitches to the face a 7 staples to my chest. Security eventually stopped the altercation and escorted me off property and to add insult to injury refused to call an ambulance. My question is there a law that could hinder a premises liability lawsuit.

It's hard for me to answer this questions without asking you more about the incident. But at this point, without knowing more, I definitely suggest that you speak with or meet with an attorney because it sounds like you may have a case.

It sound like you have a claim for inadequate security. I recommend that you speak to a Las Vegas lawyer who specializes in this type of case. Let me know if you need a referral of an excellent lawyer.
