Sorry, this is not a primer class for pro-se litigant landlords to cheap out and avoid highering land lord lawyers. As a tenant lawyer, I can assure you that doing so is a fact track to running afoul of expensive landlord tenant litigation over a bad eviction. If you need to evict someone - you need to retain a lawyer to do so.
