QUESTION

What book should I read to obtain a better grasp on responding to complex discovery requests?

Asked on Jun 29th, 2018 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
I am a paralegal who works on cases (Plaintiff) stemming from the Engle Progeny Class Action Lawsuit against Big Tobacco in Florida. I am trying to find a good book to read on discovery responses. More specifically, deciding which requests to object to and the appropriate language to use when doing so. I have a couple years of experience doing this, but I figured there has to be someone out there with ample experience who has written a book on responding to complex discovery requests. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Brad

If you are a legitimate paralegal, not one offering services illicitly as a "public paralegal", then your best bet is to ask this question of the lawyers in the firm you work for handling such cases.
