Asked on Mar 26th, 2020 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
Sold my mobile home for agreed upon price 58,000. Issue with air so we (me, buyer, and park owners who were handling the sale) agreed buyer would pay 1200, park owner would forgo their commission for selling 1000 and I would pay 2000. Which would be a selling price of 56,000. Received check for 55,000 and owner said 1000 was for commission. Have letter saying clearly “I am forgoing my commission of $1000”. Please advise!!!!

You need to hire the real estate lawyer NOW that you shoudl have hired from the start to review the issue. Unfortunately, now it may cost you as much as the amount in dispute to address.
