WHAT CAN I DO?

Asked on Apr 02nd, 2021 on Litigation - New Jersey
More details to this question:
AFTER MY MOTHER PASSED, MY FATHER REMARRIED AND PAST AWAY IN FEBRUARY 2020. MY FATHER HAD A WILL, AND KEPT HIS DAUGHTERS LIMITED, AND ESTRANGED FOR YEARS. HE MADE HIS NEW FAMILY HIS NUMBER 1'S AND CONSIDERED US THE STEP KIDS. THE NEW WIFE PRETTY MUCH SOLD EVERYTHING THAT MY FATHER OWED, BUT I WANT THE MEMORIES THAT HE HAD, PICTURES WHEN WE WERE LITTLE, ALL THE THING THAT WE HAD WHEN WE WERE LITTLE, I WANT TO PASS THESE THINGS TO MY CHILDREN-THE WIFE WON'T ACKNOWLEDGE US, AND I DON'T KNOW IF ALL THESE THINGS ARE GONE AND CAN'T BE REPLACED. HOW CAN I GET THIS NEW WIFE TO LISTEN OR RESPOND? THANKS

Update Your Profile
We would start by working with the 'new wife' and put in writing the items we are requestiing and why they are important to you. A 'neutral third party' oftentimes can be helpful in this situation and the costs are minimal. Please call asap to discuss. Ed Dimon, Esq, 732-797-1600 ext 235
