What can I do about pharmacy neglecting to provide me my medication?

More details to this question:
I am 17 years old and require medication for Multiple Sclerosis. All required approval have been received, about a month ago, from Medicaid to the pharmacy, but as of this date, I have not received my medication. What are my legal recourse if any? I really need my medication.

Complain to the State agency that regulates the pharmacy.
