In hard times. My step brother, his gf and I thought it would benefit us to cohabitate. In four weeks, they have paid NO money & run the bills in MY name up (utilities). Increased my stress level beyond mgmt, and now refuse to leave!

There is NOTHING you can do fast. You made a grave error and now are stuck with the results. You will need to spend money out of pocket to hire a landlord attorney to sue them for removal if they won't go on thier own. If they are all on lease or rental agreement together - you are stuck with them until the rental agreement is terminated.
