What can I do if I am loosing work over someone spreading lies?

More details to this question:
I have a problem, someone is interfering with my work and it causes me to lose my job. They also spread rumors so that people wonโ€™t give me work. What can I do to make them stop as to they wonโ€™t leave me alone. Please help me!

You need to sue them for libel and slander.

Find out who. Get information as to dates, times, and what was said to whom. Then sue the bad guys.

You should get a restraining order. Some courts have a staff person who will help. If this is not available in your court you may need to get a lawyer.
