QUESTION

What can I do to stop text harassment?

Asked on Feb 01st, 2013 on Litigation - Georgia
More details to this question:
I have asked my neighbor to stop texting me and she will not quit texting. She uses vulgar language and insults me. I went to the court and they told me they do not consider text messaging a form of phone harassment and would not do anything about it unless it was threatening my life. Yet if she did and then I end up dead they could use that text message against her. I don't want her to think she can get away with doing this any suggestions?
