So my father was using my car and was accused of conspiring to sell cocaine while in it now the cops seized my car I think a cival forfeiter now they want me to prove that the vehicle is mine the money I bought it with witnesses and the whole nine yards I just need some guidance from someone who knows the laws and requirements Etc etc

This is a serious criminal matter. You need a Criminal Defense attorney. I don't recommend self help on this issue, make an appointment and speak to an attorney in person so that the facts and options can be clearly discussed.
