My motorcycle was taken from my apartment complex secure gated parking due to the negligence of my leasing manager propping open the gate with a traffic cone all day. On video you can see the criminal was able to get in due to the fact the gate was left open. I expressed my concerns to management before when they have done this but they claim its just easier to let in the cleaning crew all day like this. What kind of lawyer do i need to sue for negligence in damages for my motorcycle being taken.
