If you were injured you would need a personal injury attorney. For a personal injury claim, you need both negligence and damages. While the restaurant and/or their supplier was likely negligent, your injuries do not appear sufficient to justify the time and expense of bringing a claim. You can file a complaint with the department of health. On my firms website under the tab useful links for consumers and lawyers, there is a link to either call or fill out a complaint online.  Please be advised, just because I do not see a viable claim does not mean you do not have a right of action against the responsible party. If you wish to pursue a claim you should immediately consult with another qualified lawyer.
