What personal property can be seized after a writ of execution and can they touch the property of the non judgement spouse and children?

The judgement was served on my husband's business and personally because the business was closed and worthless. We do not have anywhere near the money to pay the settlement. Can the US marshal enter my home to take property? What are my spousal property rights as , ie my bank accounts,joint home with huge mortgage, joint car with huge loan, any personal property of mine and my children's

Technically no. Your husband should consider bankruptcy, and you really need a lawyer to try to resolve this. However, if they come and take the contents, do you really want a trial on who owns what, and how are you going to prove it.
