what should be done about a civil matter dealing with a auto sale?

More details to this question:
I sold my car to a man who was goin to pay me in three different payments....I got the first payment in cash so I gave him a set of key and let him drive the car...our aggree was writtin and printed out by us and there is no brech in contract...he hasn't gave me the next payment wich was due yeasterday and he dosnt want to pay me the moneyor give me back my car...the car is in my name and I have the other set of keys...what should I do about the matter
