What should I do to resolve issue and avoid arrest?

More details to this question:
Found a letter back from 11 yrs ago. District Attorney issued outstanding warrant about bad checks complaints from Nevada. I am not a US citizen residing outside US. Wondering what should I do if I want to resolve this issue in order to avoid any arrest at next time I enter US in the future for vacation let say.

Get a lawyer to get the warrant dismissed and make a settlement with the Bad Check Unit of the prosecutor's office.
