I have a friend that has a house in Denton tx. It was heired to him. His mom had a boyfriend that went and had heir affidavit done which is fraud. The boyfriend sold the house without my friends consent and now the house is still in my friends name and in court for attorney fees. The affidavit is not true bcuz the boyfriend and the mom were not married or even common law. He had relatives sign the affidavit the were not incompetent. One was mentally challenged and the other not much better.
