When can a person, (white male) file for reverse racism? I was recently fired from a Security agency, run entirely by African Americans, I had told the manager that i could work a certain shift 5 days a week 5pm-1am, I had said during the conversation that i would drop a class to work the hours. That night i went to the site and was training, the person training me was also African American, that night not only was the trainer late, he told me nobody checks up on his post so he can come at anytime he wants. The next morning i called the number for my manager but couldn''t reach him, i spoke to someone who told me they were going to tell one of the managers, but i would have to talk to them on Monday. I called my manager on Monday and he said that he doesn''t want me working for him, and he thinks he i am not ready to work, he said that i shouldn''t be dictating terms to him. This is not only reverse racism but prejudice to me being a student. A white student.

We often hear terms like "reverse discrimination."  Discrimination is discrimination.  The law prohibits any employer from treating any employee less favorably than other employees due to their race - whatever that race happens to be.  If you believe you have been the victim of employment discrimination due to your race, you should contact your state Human Rights Commission or Civil Rights Commission, or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission office nearest you.
