My daughter went to have a massage and was sexually assaulted by the therapist. I would like to sue the company he works for as well as the spa. She is traumatized and was in shock at the time it happened. She couldn't move she was so scared. I want all involved parties to pay for their actions.. I have a criminal investigation going also.
