QUESTION

Where do I file complaint?

Asked on Aug 22nd, 2014 on Litigation - California
More details to this question:
Hello, As part of settlement of litigation against builder, we got full roof tune-up at our home at no cost. We contacted Roof Company from settlement contact information. A person came for inspection, and he told us, after I forward inspection report, your appointment will be scheduled. After 22 days, we tried to contact them by email and voicemail for status; but they are simply ignoring the matter. I would really appreciate, if you could help me to find out where can I file complaint against them? Thank you so much for your time, and help with this, I really appreciate it. Sincerely,

Talk to the lawyer who represented you. He might be able to get them to do the right thing. Was there an insurance company involved? If so, your attorney might want to threaten to cancel the settlement agreement and tell the court you want a trial date. Insurance companies hate trials.
