Where do I petition for punitive damages in a small court petition filing?

Is there any other location I can go to to file a small claims action besides the Justice Center, I am 72 years old.

Because of the procedural anomalies which accompany a request for exemplary/punitive damages pursuant to NRS 42.005 and nature of Small Claims proceedings, an award of punitive damages is not feasible in Small Claims Court. There are no satellite offices for the filing of process.  However it is possible to file pleadings by mail in the Justices Court.
