QUESTION

Who do I sue the barber or the barber shop?

Asked on Jun 28th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Georgia
More details to this question:
My son recently received a haircut and ended up with bumps on the back of his head. We reached out to the barber and he said he would pay the bill. Now he is saying we shouldn't have waited 8 days. Who should I take to small claims court? The barber or the barbershop. I don't know the barber's last name. Please advise or give me a call. I live in Cobb county. I only wanted him to pay his doctor's bill.

There is no reason why you shouldn't sue both.
