My daughter signed with her father for a truck. They accidentally put her name as buyer and him as codigner. He quit paying for the truck and it got repo'd. There is a balance of fourteen thousand. She never drove it.

Whether buyer or cosigner, your daughter intended to be liable and is liable to the bank. She can sue her father for contribution.
