Will a judge void or restart a case

The referee changed custody because she said she was trying to get my attention however I didn't do anything wrong. My kids father went to court in 2020 on a modification for parenting time only on one of our kids. Long story short I didn't get the court dates because the court made a mistake on one word in my address so I didn't get the court dates. I filed a motion to reverse because I didn't get anything on the behalf of their mistake
