More details to this question:
I got a call from American Attorney Alliance and the man stated that I needed to contact an attorney from their office because a warrant for my arrest was being sent to Bexar County in San Antonio, Tx. This is where I live, and the only thing that I can think of is the payday loan. He stated it was a litigation.

You are not very likely to be arrested for not paying back a payday loan. In fact, there may some fair debt collection practices violations with the way the debt collector explained the situation to you. For more information, see here : http://www.bills.com/payday-loans-hot-checks-in-texas/
