3/26/12-anterior hip replacement that dislocated in hospital requiring posterior hip surgery on 4/1/12.12/18/12-removal of implant and placement of antibiotic spacer and 8 weeks of iv antibiotics.4/15/13 removal of antibiotic spacer and new implant.I had been on oral antibiotics for over a year,I have been off for 1 month and now my sedimentation rate is back to 63.I have been in pain,missed abig part of my life and am just so tired of it all.

You say that you had a dislocated hip in the hospital. Are you claiming that your hip was dislocated due to some negligence? If so who or what do you claim caused this condition?
The subsequent surgeries due to infection are not in themselves evidence of negligence. Complications such as infection or common anytime the skin is opened and surgery performed. The mere fact that you had a bad result isn't in and of itself evidence of malpractice. More information would be necessary to be determined whether the hospital properly manage your infection after it was discovered.
Generally speaking, the easiest way to determine whether not malpractice occurs to review all the medical records that were generated in connection with your care. I would ask your medical providers for copies of your treatment records if you are serious about a malpractice investigation
