About autopsy report

More details to this question:
An autopsy report was performed on my husband in the hospital and me and his daughter agree to have the autopsy done she is authorized to get the report, but now she is not willing to get the report due to personal reasons with me, me and my husband have two sons their names are Al and Robert, can my son Robert get the report even though he is not authorized to get it please I need legal advice because I believe my husband was misdiagnosed with an illness and that is why he had passed away.

I think you need to make sure a probate case was open for the estate and file an emergency motion therein to have the autopsy for the purpose of discovering a large asset of the estate. Good luck. Please feel free to contact my office for further information. 203.870.6700.
