QUESTION
appendectomy has been done because of abdominal pain. no image test made. docs based the diagnosis in blood test only

More details to this question:
3 days after the appendectomy, was having serious abdominal pain and ct scan ,ultrasound and xray were done in a different hospital, had to undergo cholecystectomy. surgeon told me that had there been an image exams made, docs would have realized that it was the gall bladder that needs to be removed. spent large amount of money for that appendectomy. Can i sue the surgeon who removed my appendix?

Assuming the appendix was healthy, then yes you have a potential malpractice case worth investigating. You may have difficulty getting an atorney to take the case becaues it may not be financially viable. Some of the articles linked below discuss that issue.
