Bad breast augmentation surgery

I had my first breast augmentation surgery done in July of last year and after the surgery my bus came out uneven and there was scarring around the incision site on my right nipple the doctor said I was passed wheeler to the stitches and opted to do another surgery after the second surgery my best were still on even and I had significantly more scarring around the incision site around my nipples the doctor once again opted to do another surgery after the third surgery my breast are still slightly uneven and the scarring is significantly we worse the surgery was done of June this year the incision sites are still open wounds and it is stretched away from the original stitch site there's something that was wrong with what was done to me and this needs to be corrected.
