botched circumcision

More details to this question:
My son has to see a specialist for a botched circumcision. His penis get inflamed and aggravated because of this. He will most likely have to have surgery to correct it. I would like to know if I can hold the doctor that performed this in the hospital accountable?

It sounds like you have reason to suspect that the cicumcision was performed incorrectly, but if a second operation can fix the problem then there will be a question about whether the case if financially viable.
