Breast Reconstruction

I had surgery Mar. 31, 2017. Prior to that one, I had 2 surgeries to stretch the skin. The Dr. made both breast much worse. He now says I need to pay him about $3,500 to fix what he messed up. Since these surgeries were because of cancer, my Ins. company paid. I have pictures of before and after the surgeries. I wrote letters with the pictures to the Dr., Hosp. and the Ins. company so far.
