Can I file a law suit after two years?

Two years ago i was pregnant with my first child; I when to the doctor for a check up and everything was fine. Months pass by and the baby was growing up perfectly fine until i started bleeding on my 3rd month I thought i was loosing the baby. I went to the ER 3 times until the doctor found out that the reason i was bleeding it was because a cervical polip. I ask a million question regarding my situation and the baby health the Dr always tried to calm me down stating that it was normal and told me that the polip will came out the day of deliver. One day I was bleeding a lot went to the ER again they did a sonogram the technician explain to me that the cervix was opening and the baby will come out if i don't close it.the next day i went to my DR explain the situation brought the sonogram and she didn't do anything about it just explained to me that it was because of the polip. I didnt past 1 month when shortly after that situation I lost the baby it just came out, i got depressed.
