On Oct. 6, 2013, around 5am nurse rushes room saying Im having heart attack and must immediately get to heart cath lab, yet it took another 2 hours to get the team assembled and procedure done, By then, heart damage had occured, leaving me unable to perform my job as an airlne pilot because the damage has caused me to lose my medical certificate to fly .Delay in heart cath resulted in my heart attack and my heart attack could have been prevented with quicker intervention,in my opinon. I am 55 yrs. old.Stand to lose over 2 million dollars in wages over next 10 yrs of not being able to fly. Do I have a case and grounds to sue for damages, pain, suffering, etc.?
