QUESTION

can I retain a lawyer for medical issues ?

Asked on May 13th, 2016 on Medical Malpractice - Florida
More details to this question:
I believe my job affected my medical visit at the hospital. I was treated badly and inspected by staff without propable cause. My privacy has been broken somewhere within the medical field to have been treated unfaily and discriminated against. I was misdiagnosed and treated for something I didnt have. I was discharged for a threatened miscarage because I believe they treated me before doing my pregnancy test. I asked them if that treatment would hurt me if I didnt need it. I would like someone to email me.

Certainly. But in the facts presented you will likely be retaining a lawyer on an hourly rate and retainer not a contingent fee.
