More details to this question:
Went to Centracare because I had been throwing up for @ 3hrs. It was late. I hadn't had sleep or eaten since the day before when I got sick. The PA wanted me to go the ER I told her I was really tired and could not drive there, it was too far and did not want to have an accident. She wanted me to take a pee test and I tried for like 20 mins and could not pee, she kept me there til @ 1:30am. I had a car accident. I am hurt. Do I have a case.

Not likely. Moreover, I have no doubt that there is much much more to this story, including why the PA wanted you to take a pee test, which assume was for a drug screening.
