can i sue

More details to this question:
my child will be two in oct when i went to the dr to find out if i was pragnat they told me no and gave me a depo shot come to find out two months later i was 13 weeks pragnat can i sue

In order to file a lawsuit, you must have damages.  If the depo shot caused damages to your unborn child, then you might have grounds for a lawsuit.   However, if sounds like neither you nor the doctor knew you were pregnant and thus, it was an honest mistake. It might have been that you were too early in your pregnancy for you to test positive.  But in summary, if the depo shot caused no damage, then there is likely no basis for a lawsuit.  Best of luck!
