More details to this question:
i brought my nephew to the hospital my son was with us he dropped a lego on the floor in examing room. when i bent down i cut my knee on broken glass on the floor. not only was there glass on floor there was a used needle. my nephew was just being examined him self. so it was not his glass or needle.

Its not likely viable to file a suit, though you may have the legal right. You would first want to start off with a claim to the hospital about the incident, and see if they would offer you some settlement for damages. This of course would revolve around the severity of the cut you sustained.
