Can I sue a plastic surgeon in DR? I don''t have money to pay a lawyer. I heard some lawyers charge based on the money the client receives.

In April 9, 2010 I travel to DR to have breast augmentation. Once there the Dc offer me a full body liposuction, which I agreed. Fast forward two years these are my results: Breast Augmentation: *Bigger than what I ask; Scars all over the areola;Nipple is a lot smaller than normal, almost don''t have any; Based on another plastic surgeon in NY, the Dc in DR used a too big implant on me and they don''t fit my body and now on the bottom part of my breast you can actually see the bump of the sicilone bag; 1 yr later I had a son and I wasn''t able to breast feed. Liposuction: * Based on the same Plastic surgeon in NY, the dc in DR removed to much fat from some areas making those areas look uneven and scars from the inside. It looks like I have cellulite in those areas. Also have some big hard bumps all over; There are also some areas that he didn''t remove fat making it look uneven I found the Dc through a friend that had a breast augmentation with him a year earlier and everything when well.
