More details to this question:
I had a breast reduction on Nov 16 2016 and my breast are visible 2 different sizes and shapes and the skin is not stitched all the way together so you can pull the skin down on the left side of my breast and over also the nipples are also totally different sizes i am now disfigured and ashame

Yes of course if another surgeon said there is negligence. Get another medical opinion on what is needed to repair and contact a lawyer as disfigurement is worth reviewing
