About 2 months ago a feel asleep in my local ihop after dinning, one of the dish washers came out and put ice In my chest (under my shirt) I didn’t woke up intently it took me like an hour or so to wake up and woke up with chest pain, went to the hospital they still can’t figure out what is causing the chest pain but they do slightly believe it might be because of the ice. After that I went to the Night Shift manager about it the next night and says he couldn’t do anything about it and that he will have a talk with this employee. The week after this the same employee came back and started slamming the table and was trying to find a marker to draw in my face. After I found out I came in the next morning talked to the morning manager and said he would take care of it and he apologized (The manager). About two weeks later I was told he was fired and was traspass from the property. He came back one night that week, I went to tell the night manager and he did nothing about it.
Possibly, but you will not likely find a lawyer to take such a case on a contingent fee. Especially if you post is accurate and that you fell asleep a second time at the IHOP with the marker incident. It is also critical to determine WHY you are "falling asleep" at the IHOP at such a level that you are unaware of the events you describe when they occur. If this is the result of substance abuse issues, that might make any claims you might make that much more difficult to address from a variety of reasons. You should still try to runt this by any consumer or personal injury lawyers in your area to get a formal assessment of the circumstances.
