Can I sue hospital

More details to this question:
22nd of June I went into hospital for bleeding and cramping 12 weeks pregnant they said I was having a miscarriage and they were sending me to a clinic n they would have the clinic to call me .... No one called on the 23rd ..24th around 4 a.m I'm cramping and bleeding passing clots 7 a.m I call the ambulance to come because now I feel something between my legs that feels like a bag ..I get to the hospital I'm in the room on the bed for 3 hours with my dead babies bag hanging out of me . Before I could get any help I was in pain !!!! And had a the fluid bag the baby was in hanging out of me I kept telling the drs no one checked me til 3 hours later
