can I sue hospital for malpractice or negligence

More details to this question:
We took my 1 week old to the hospital because he started choking on ampiotic. When trying to take his blood they stuck him multiple times and kept sliding needle in and out and around to find a vein. After this incident they tell us the youngeat patient they ever taken blood from was 24 months. Please advise. -Nathan

Not likley. Not enough damages to warrant the expense. Hiring of an expert alone would likely exceed the recovery value.
