I thought I was having a real bad menstrual cycle but come to find out I was pregnant in my tubes when I got to the hospital the doctor asked if my tubes are tied and I told him yes he came back a second time and asked me and I told him yes and then he find out that they was side and he asked me who tied my tubes as if my tubes were tied wrong and the next thing you know I had to be rushed to emergency surgery to get the baby out of my tubes and one of my tools were taken and now I still have complications

Generally, in a medical malpractice case in South Carolina you need to show you received below a reasonable standard of care and suffered damages as a result.
