When I was born I was circumcised and I don't wish to be. My parents consented to it but I obviously did not. I have been mutilate against my will. Is it possible to sue my doctor? I turned 18 about one month ago.

No. This was a decision made by your parents when they had the authority to do so. There are more important things to worry about.
