More details to this question:
I took my pregnant dog to the vet to have an X-ray on how many babies she was having. Turns out they tell me my dog isn't pregnant and decided to give her a rabies shot WITHOUT MY CONSENT. My dog in fact is pregnant and delivered 3 babies a few days later. I have done my research about giving a vaccine to a pregnant dog and that can affect the dog in how many babies she has. What if that is the cause for only birthing 3 babies? Why did they lie to me and tell me my dog isn't pregnant. This has to be some kind of lawsuit.

Well were other puppies still born and 3 lived? or just a total of 3 born? I think you will find it hard to related a rabies injection a few days before the puppies are born to affect the total number of puppies delivered for obvious reasons. Usually such a reference is at the early gestation period
