More details to this question:
I went to an emergency room, in november, for severe abnominal pain and abnormal discharge. I asked for a full std check and blood panel. I was told by the doctor on staff that it would not be necessary despite the fact that I asked multiple times. The gave me three different antibiotics, and checked me chlamydia. I went to a different doctor a few weeks ago for a physical. I found out i have high risk hpv and am being rechecked for cervical cancer, which means I have had it for quiet e some time. I didnt receive the tests that I asked for and needed. Do I have a case against the hospital?

Not likely as you stated you have had HPV for a long time so its unlikely a 3week extra delay in diagnoses would matter, unless doctors state otherwise.
