More details to this question:
We were on April 19, 2015 on the way to the vecation. In Pesecola we stayed for 1 night. Next morning I had no feeling from the belly up in both feet. We drove back home and my wife took me to the emergency room in Palm Coast Hospital. There I was immediately examined and after some tests and also MRI, they determined that my Lumber 4 and Lumber 5 were moved. The hospital in Palm Coast can not do such an operation and I was brought to Daytona BEACH that same night from Monday to Tuesday. Here I was examined several times and then I was operated on Thursday, April 23rd. After all my information and also through contacts to Germany, I should have to be operated as quickly as possible. Every hour more and the nerve is more destroyed and can not regenerate itself. I was operated on the third day after I had been hospitalized In the last year I was in various hospitals - in Gainsville, in Tampa and in the Mayo in Jacksonville. A

You will need to gather your medical records together and consult with an attorney directly. You may also need to retain an expert at your expense to review those records and determine whether there was malpractice vs. an unfortunate or known complication. You should have done this LONG ago and you are on the verge of having a Statute of Limitatons issue added to an alreeady complicated issue.
