my father passed away november 24,2013 and his name is on a house with his ex girlfriend what should i do?also my father had been complaining of his stomach since feb 2013 and his doctor never sent him for testing only put him on stomach meds and vomiting and he passed from stage 4 liver and colon cancer

You will probably have to hire a probate lawyer to address the property ownership through probate. It all depends on how the deed is set up.
